±8degrees Cold Brew Coffee

Preparation:

Drip Bag Coffee x2 (needs to be the same coffee)

Room temp. Water  200g(ml)

(**you will be brewing the 2 drip bags separately before you chill the coffee)

A deep mug/glass (or other drinkware)

A clean vessel (for putting drip bags)

Start Brewing:

  1. Set up 1 drip bag on the deep mug/glass for brewing. (the setting up is the same as the standard brewing method)
  2. Pour 20g of water evenly onto ground coffee.
  3. When water is drained, pour another 20g of water in.
  4. Wait until you can see the coffee ground and pour 60g of water into the mug/glass (not pouring onto the ground coffee, but directly into the mug/glass).
  5. Take out the drip bag and put it in a clean vessel.
  6. Repeat Step 1-4 (to brew the second drip bag).
  7. Clip both drip bags on the mug/glass. (**clip them on the two sides of your mug/glass)
  8. Wrap the mug/glass with clip wrap.
  9. Refrigerate it for 24hours

**Make sure the ground coffee is dipped into the liquid and they are not coming out from the top of the drip bag

**If you like a stronger cold brew coffee, you could reduce the water by 20ml (per drip bag), or vice versa for a lighter version.

Ways to enjoy your cold brew coffee:

  • Drink it alone
  • With ice
